Tagging Preparation Checklist

Please read instructions carefully. You will not receive sale credit for incorrectly tagged items.

Below are Sample Tags - NO LABELS OR STICKERS!

Use Safety Pins ONLY

Clothes with Straight Pins will be REJECTED

TOPS: Secure tag through a SINGLE punched hole on the left front shoulder.

BOTTOMS: Secure pants with 2 safety pins at the waist on the shoulder area of the hanger, tagged on the left side. Do Not fold pants over the hanger NOR pin the pants folded in half.

LARGE ITEMS: Secure tags with 2” clear tape

All tags MUST include the following information on half an index card with a SINGLE punched hole attached to the left front shoulder area of the hanger.

Your assigned Consignor Number (top center)

Highlight the price if you DO NOT want your items to go half price. If it is NOT highlighted the item will go half price on Saturday. No other pricing will be accepted or honored – please do not include a second price for half-price day.

The Price (minimum price is $1.00 should be done in dollar increments)

A brief description of the item that includes GENDER and SIZE

Put shoes into Ziploc bags. Place tag (not taped) inside bag. Do not write price/info on bag! If the shoes are too large for plastic bags, tape shoes together and label.

Accessories (caps, booties, blankets, tights, hair bows, etc) do not need to be hung. Put them in Ziploc bags. Layettes should be hung

Toys, games and puzzles must be complete and in working order. Double-check that all game pieces/parts are included before sealing the box. Boxes should be taped shut. Make sure that all parts are included and items have charged batteries in them.

We do not accept maternity items, encyclopedias, pacifiers, war toys, weapons, violent games/movies/books or copies of videos, formula, or car seats. We are also not accepting stuffed animals. We ask that you please donate them to your local fire department.
