Our Mission
The Kids Consignment Sale hosted by Bethlehem Baptist Church Ladies’ Ministry department is part of the church’s outreach ministry. It is a ministry because it will help families purchase affordable, gently used clothing, toys and baby items. We pray that this sale will be a blessing to our community. It will be a lot of FUN and will provide a time of fellowship among all the parents who volunteer to make the sale a success. We welcome all who wish to consign and shop the sale!
About Our Sale
The B.B.C. consignment sale is a children’s consignment sale that will benefit numerous areas of our ministry in anyway the Lord sees fit such as; trips that our children may have the opportunity to go on that cost money that some may not have, purchases that may need to be made for Bible Studies, Youth Outings, etc., etc.
We will only have the one sale this year but hope to build upon that each year. We will offer sizes preemie/NB to Juniors for girls and Newborn to 16 for boys, feeding related items, bedding, toys, furniture and accessories, infant gear, books, videos, shoes and maternity clothes.
We will be screening our items carefully in order to provide our shoppers with the highest quality of gently used and new items. Sellers get to shop early at a preview night sale so please consider consigning items with us to find the best bargains. All sales are final and we only accept cash or checks.
Fall/Winter 2010 Sale
The dates for the consignment are July 30 & 31, 2010 so please go ahead and contact us to get registered. Registration closes on July 15th 2010.

Visit the registration page for more details. Pricing MUST be in whole dollar increments. If you plan on consigning a car seat please make sure they have not expired or are on a re-call list of any kind, no formula, and the minimum number of consigned items to get into the preview sale is 20. If you wish to receive your check by mail, you must bring a self-addressed stamped envelope with you at check-in. All of this information can be found throughout the guidelines and this website.
